Repeat Prescriptions

greenpillsWe do not take requests for prescriptions over the phone as serious errors might occur.

Only those items on your computerised repeat prescription slip may be repeated. These are listed in the right hand side (white) of the prescriptions. Please tick on this list to order medication as necessary. We are also happy to take prescription requests by fax on 0844 477 8591.

Please feel free to use the repeat prescription template at the bottom of the page and hand in at reception.

For housebound patients many of the local pharmacies offer a home delivery service. Please contact the surgery to know which pharmacies do this and we shall give you their phone numbers.

The processing of repeat prescriptions takes 2 working days. If there is a query regarding the prescription it may take longer.

If you would like us to post the prescription back to you please enclose a SAE with your request.
